Over the last two days, we took our Campers over to Brookfield Zoo Chicago for a little bit of adventure!
We had a bunch of fun while learning about all sorts of different animals, habitats, and ecosystems during our adventures.

We had our first Aqua Zumba of the summer this morning with Nakisha at the Forest Park Aquatic Center!

The Park District of Forest Park would like to send out a huge congratulations to our June Employee of the Month, Head Lifeguard Carolina Rios.
This is Carolina's 4th summer at the PDoFP Aquatic Center, including her 3rd as a Head Guard, as well as serving as one of the primary Lifeguard instructors.
No matter the situation, Carolina is ready to handle it in a calm and efficient manner. We appreciate Carolina's presence and preparedness poolside and we're excited to watch her continue to grow!

Our four-day Mini Dance Camp is back at the PDoFP in two weeks!
Join Sr. and Graduate members of the OPRF Drill Team for the perfect summer experience designed for kids eager to move, groove, and express themselves through dance!
Mini Dance Camp culminates in a mini recital to show off all of the sweet moves and choreography we learned throughout the week.

Our first of three summer Concerts in the Park is this Wednesday, June 17 at the Roos Recreation Center Pavilion!

Our friends from the Forest Park Arts Alliance will also be there with mArt in the Park, an open-air market featuring creations & goods from local vendors.
