Our office is open today until 12 or 1. We are currently updating our credit card payment portal and will keep you informed when it is finished. In the meantime, if you wish to make a payment with cash or check you may make it in person or utilize the drop box located on the first garage bay. At this time, we are unable to process credit cards or e-checks.
We will not be turning off customers on Thursday (shut off day), due to the extreme weather. Rescheduled Shut off date is TBD.

I accidentally posted this reel to City Hall's story page, with intentions of it being on my personal page. It has gotten quite a few good laughs today. Stories are only available for a certain amount of time, so I'm posting it to our feed so everyone can view this and continue to have a good laugh. Happy Thursday Fordsville!

Unfortunately, we are still having issues with our in-office credit card payments. You are still able to use the online payment portal, or our drop off box located on our garage bay door.
We have a record of all in-office credit/debit card attempts and will be reaching out to those people when the issue is resolved. We thank you all so much for your patience!

Water/Sewer Customers: We are experiencing an issue using our in-office credit/debit card payments. If you are wanting to pay your bill in person, please have check or cash. We are hoping to have this problem fixed ASAP. Our online credit/debit card portal payment system is working properly, if you don't know your account number & CID number (you need these to pay online) you can call our office and we can provide that information to you.

We want to wish everyone a very big Happy Thanksgiving!! Our office will be closed Thursday and Friday. Shut off is Tuesday, December 2nd, as always, the drop box is available for after hour payments.

City Hall will be taking donations during normal business hours until December 15th. We ask that you wash any clothing items before donating them. Please do not drop off after hours.
