We had a wonderful lunch meeting yesterday at Buffalo Wild Wings in Fond du Lac where we welcomed and onboarded Tyler Schneider. Tyler is a Northeastern Wisconsin Area Health Education Center healthcare summer intern from the University of Lacrosse where he studies as a pre- med student.

We can't wait to work with Tyler over the next several weeks; there's so much to learn from our incredible community partners. If you see Tyler at an upcoming community event, please say hello and introduce yourself

Stan Kocos was a true trailblazer that laid an incredible foundation for our organization. During his time with the organization, he teamed up with a Greg Giles to create a nationally recognized model for non-profit collaboration when the Club and Fond du Lac Family YMCA joined together. His advocacy for youth spanned several decades in Wisconsin and was unwavering.

Stan’s passing this spring has left us thankful for his contributions, but yearning for the wisdom, joy and corny jokes he shared wherever he went. Please join us in celebrating Stan’s life on June 27th at 10am at the Fond du Lac Family YMCA.
