At the 2026 Summer Symposium, hear municipal leaders talk honestly about managing complex intergovernmental partnerships, from building the right team to keeping the relationship intact when the work gets difficult.

Drawing on San Rafael and Marin County's joint work and other regional examples, this panel will offer emerging leaders lessons they can carry into their own cross-jurisdictional projects.

Please join us in congratulating three MMANC members who received a scholarship to attend the ICMA 2026 Conference this October in Long Beach!

We are proud to partner with ICMA and Cal-ICMA to offer these scholarships.

This will be the first ICMA conference that all three of the recipients will attend, and we are excited to have so many MMANC members that will be attending this year's conference.

While many of our members work for cities and towns, we have loved being able to introduce MMANC to professionals that work for counties.
