Dinner on the Bridge brought our community together for an incredible evening filled with amazing food, beautiful views and a celebration of the city we’re so lucky to call home.

A huge thank you to the talented chefs, generous sponsors, dedicated volunteers and everyone behind the scenes who made this event possible. So much work went into creating such a special night, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who helped bring it to life.

Join us in Historic Folsom on Sunday, September 13 at 8:30 p.m. for a spectacular 250-drone show over Rainbow Bridge, sponsored by Dignity Health.

This custom-designed, 10-minute aerial show will light up the sky in celebration of two major milestones: America’s 250th anniversary and 80 years of Folsom.

The drone show is the grand finale of the inaugural Dinner on the Bridge, but the celebration extends far beyond the bridge itself. The show is designed for the surrounding community to enjoy — no Dinner on the Bridge ticket required!

Make a night of it in Historic Folsom: grab dinner, explore Sutter Street and find a great spot to look up as the sky comes alive.

Something big is coming to the skies above Historic Folsom. ✨

On Sunday, September 13, Folsom is celebrating two major milestones, Folsom’s 80th Anniversary and America’s 250th — with a special 250-drone show over Rainbow Bridge!

The show begins promptly at 8:30 p.m., and the entire community is invited to come downtown, look up and enjoy it.
Make a night of it in Historic Folsom: grab dinner at one of your favorite local restaurants, spend some time exploring Sutter Street, then find a spot to watch the sky come alive.

We started the morning with a coffee meeting at TEMPLE COFFEE, then headed over to Costco to grab a few goodies for the office and say hello to the amazing Karen Miles West! We wrapped up the afternoon with a quick and yummy lunch at In-N-Out. 🍔

Today, Joe Gagliardi and former Folsom Mayor Bob Holderness paid a visit to Kikkoman to reconnect, reflect, and say thank you!

Kikkoman’s story in Folsom dates back to the 1990s, when city and regional leaders worked to bring the company’s second U.S. production facility to our community. Bob and Joe were both part of that effort, helping build the relationships that ultimately led Kikkoman to choose Folsom.

And one of the biggest factors in that decision? Folsom’s water.

Kikkoman found that the quality of the water here was exceptionally well suited for soy sauce production, one of the details Bob still remembers as being central to the company’s decision.

Nearly 30 years later, Kikkoman remains an important part of Folsom’s business community, and today’s visit was a chance to celebrate that history and the relationships behind it.

We kicked off the day with a yummy coffee from Coffee Republic, then headed to Gather & Toast for brunch, amazing crepes, delicious drinks, and such a cute spot to start the weekend.

Next up, we stopped by Uncle Charlie’s Firehouse & Brew to say hi to Taryn! We always love visiting UCFB! between the people, the atmosphere, and that one-of-a-kind firehouse setup, it’s such a fun stop in Historic Folsom. 🚒🍻

Happy Folsom Friday from your Choose Folsom Team! 💙

This morning, we kicked off our day by hitting the Historic District and handing out flyers with information about the Bridge Dinner and the best spots to catch the drone show on September 13th!

Then, we headed over to Riley’s on Sutter for a team lunch of yummy wings, tacos, and burgers.
