Some of us had a better time today than others! Actually we all enjoyed the America 250 Celebration at the Fairgrounds today! Good food, good music, fun and fellowship!  That’s what it’s all about!

Congratulations to tonight‘s winners at the Heritage day at Schuler Park in Flushing. The seniors held a basket raffle and a 50-50 drawing and the winners are as follows:

Tomorrow is Heritage day at Schuler Park in Flushing! We will be there under the pavilion at 4 pm selling chances for nine raffle baskets, a $100 gift certificate to J-Mo’s in Barnesville with a cooler (drawing on June 26 )and 50-50 tickets! This morning we carried out a special service project to help beautify the flower bed outside the Flushing Municipal Building . We added some perennials, and then we put down some mulch to top it off! Thanks to Ashley Barto for donating the mulch. We think it looks great!

Today’s adventure took us to the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum for a trolley ride and exploring the museum, Sarris candy for ice cream and some sweet treats, and to Red Robin for lunch. It was a great day of fun, fellowship and laughter  and was a beautiful sunny day!
