Steve Burks for Floyd County Clerk
Floyd County Clerk

During his time as Floyd County Treasurer, Steve has overseen numerous improvements to our county's financial systems. He streamlined our money management by consolidating overspread accounts from over 20 different bank accounts across multiple banks to only 5 accounts at a single bank. He worked alongside Floyd County Auditor Diana Topping to integrate their offices' electronic systems, thereby improving efficiency on financial transactions. Under his stewardship, Floyd County's investments have grown more than $1.5 million - money that helps pay for essential services without needless tax increases. He looks to bring this same spirit of principled, steady leadership and improvement as our next Floyd County Clerk.

Floyd County Commissioner, District 1

During his time as a Commissioner, Al Knable has focused on fiscal responsibility, county facility realignment, economic development, and government streamlining. His leadership resulted in saving hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars on the Blackiston Mill Road bridge project, the opening of the new Floyd County Government Building, and completion of other key infrastructure projects in safe, timely, and cost-effective means. We look forward to benefiting from his steady leadership for years to come.

Gary Byrne for State Senate
Indiana State Senate, District 47

Gary Byrne has proudly fought to uphold conservative values on behalf of his constituents in Southern Indiana. In his first term, Senator Byrne voted to cut property and income taxes, protected Hoosier landowners and small business owners, secured millions of dollars in local infrastructure funding, and stood up for the rights of parents to raise their children without undue governmental infringement and interference. We know he will continue to represent the values of our community in his next term!

For the first time since it was created in 2008, Floyd County Superior Court 3 will have a new judge. Max McCrite will ensure that the court diligently and faithfully follows the law and the Constitution while treating litigants and attorneys with dignity and respect. We look forward to seeing what he brings to the bench as our next Floyd County Superior Court 3 Judge.

Indiana State House, District 72

After spending his career defending our nation in the U.S. Navy, Darrell Neeley returned home to New Albany. His campaign is built on being respectful and fiscally responsible with the people's tax money, continuing to outpace our state neighbors in economic growth, and addressing affordability through immediate and long-term means, including fixing a property tax system that has become increasingly unpredictable and unaffordable.

His efforts help keep Floyd County a safe and prosperous place to live.
