Fentanyl isn't the only substance of concern. Other drugs like medetomidine, carfentanil, and xylazine have been found in the drug supply around the country.

Overdoses from some of these drugs can be reversed with naloxone - but not all of them. Be careful, carry naloxone, and be aware.
