🚰 PUBLIC NOTICE: B Street Water Well Temporarily Out of Service 🚰

The City of Floresville is notifying customers that the B Street Water Well is temporarily out of service due to necessary repairs.

While repairs are underway, customers may experience temporary changes in water pressure or service conditions.

✅ There are currently no public safety concerns associated with the well being out of service.

City water system staff are working diligently to restore the well as quickly and safely as possible. The estimated return-to-service date is July 15, 2026, subject to completion of repairs, testing, and any required approvals.

City offices are closed Friday, June 19, to celebrate freedom. We commemorate Juneteenth (June 19, 1865) when enslaved peoples of African descent in Texas finally gained their freedom. We remember them. We honor their memory. We celebrate freedom for all.

Found near 4th street and mutual lane.

If this is your dog, please contact Animal Services at 830-581-1981 Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM to arrange reclaim.

To pick up your pet, you must provide:
🐶 Proof of ownership (photos of the dog)
💉 Current rabies vaccination records

Please note: pickup fees and daily boarding/feeding fees will apply.

✅ UPDATE: Repairs have been completed and water service has been restored to all affected areas. Thank you for your patience

🚨 EMERGENCY WATER OUTAGE NOTICE 🚨

Due to an emergency repair, water service has been temporarily shut off in the following areas:

• 800 Block of 8th Street
• 1600 Block of Plum Street

A bore company struck an 8-inch water main, requiring immediate repairs.

💧 Water service will remain off until repairs are completed.

City crews are actively working to restore service as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding and will provide updates as they become available.
