The Cities of Stockdale, Poth, and Floresville each own a portion of the system that was formed January 1, 1943. This page is to provide you, our customers, with news and outage updates. When prompted, provide your account number, meter number or service address and a phone number. We will remove any posts that include personal attacks, offensive language, or that are meant to sell a product or se

FELPS uses Facebook as a one-way communication to get information out to our customers. If you require additional support, call (830) 216-7000 or feel free to stop by our customer service center to make your next payment or request assistance with other items. The service center is located at 187 State Highway 97 E in Floresville and is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The lobby and drive through are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:15 pm.
