Distinguished Citizens of Floresville, I humbly come before you to ask for your support and vote in my reelection bid for Floresville City Council, Place 5. I was tremendously honored to have garnered so much support in my May of 2023 election win! I thank each and every one of you that voted for me. As we approached the election season I did a great deal of soul searching about whether or not to seek reelection to City Council. While working to improve the lives our community has been an incredible experience and deeply fulfilling, I am not a fan of the small town politics and the division of the current council! None the less, when you elected me to City Council in 2023 to work to move our City forward into the future, I made a commitment to see these changes through. While many great changes and improvements have been made, several are still in process, while others remain to be addressed.

I have worked hard to bring great things to our City. My last two years on Council serve as my body of work for you, the great citizens of Floresville! For those of you who follow the City Council meetings in person or follow on Facebook Live have seen that I am always prepared for the agenda items to be discussed and ask pertinent questions to ensure that it is the best for our city. I also work to be the voice of reason when the banter gets to a fevered pitch!

With the City of Floresville on the verge of rapid growth, now is not the time to move backwards. For far to long in our city, elections have been decided based on who has the biggest families in the city and who is a good friend and not enough on who has the best qualifications of education, knowledge and experience working on all of the facets it takes to provide direction and oversight of the City Staff.

I have an excellent mix of education, knowledge, and experience to continue to move our city boldly forward into the future!

I humbly ask for your vote to reelect me for City Council, Place 5 in the Floresville City General Election on May 3, 2025.
