Development Services is pleased to welcome Bill Fay as Pinal County's new County Engineer.

Bill joins the County from the Arizona Department of Transportation, where he worked as State Construction Engineer for seven years.

Prior to that position, Bill worked as the Public Works Director/City Engineer for the City of Maricopa and as Director of CIP/Public Works for the City of Chandler.

Not only is Bill an engineer, he's also an attorney, having previously served as an Associate City Attorney for the City of Chandler, as well as working for several legal firms and with the Arizona Attorney General's Office.

Bill holds a Doctorate Degree in Law from ASU, as well as a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and Business Administration.

He has also worked with the Arizona Department of Emergency Management.
