Just 2 weeks away! 💚📬

On Saturday, May 9, you can help fight hunger right from home during the Letter Carriers’ Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive.

Simply leave a bag of unopened, nonperishable food by your mailbox before mail delivery, and your letter carrier will collect it to help support families across North Alabama through the Food Bank of North Alabama.

You may receive a special yellow Stamp Out Hunger donation bag in the mail, but any sturdy bag or box works just fine.

Most needed items include peanut butter, canned protein, soup, cereal, rice, pasta, canned fruit, and canned vegetables.

One bag can make a big difference.

Let’s work together to Stamp Out Hunger!

🚶‍♂️ A simple delivery turned into a moment people couldn’t ignore. One driver went the extra mile in a way that caught everyone’s attention.

Stanley Ogedegbe is a DoorDash driver in New Jersey who walked an entire delivery to a customer’s home. Shayla Daniell is a content creator that noticed his effort and was moved by his dedication. She tipped him $50 and shared the moment online. The video quickly spread reaching millions of people. Many viewers began asking how they could support him.

Shayla later created a fundraiser titled “Help Stanley Get Reliable Transportation” to help make his work easier. The goal is to provide him with safer options like a bike or a car. Stanley has since shared his gratitude, thanking those who stepped in to help. His story is now being shared as a reminder of hard work, perseverance, and the power of community support.
