🚨NEW TRUCK🚨
The Central Fire Department recently took delivery of our new Sutphen fire truck!

This custom-built apparatus is equipped with the latest in fire suppression and rescue tool technology, giving our crews the tools they need to respond faster, work safer, and serve our community at the highest level. It carries 750 gallons of water, 250 gallons of foam, and is equipped with a 1500 GPM pump—ready to handle everything from structure fires to complex emergency incidents.

This truck represents a major investment and milestone in the safety of our firefighters and the citizens we serve. We’re excited to put it to work protecting our community.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support our department—this wouldn’t be possible without you. 🚒

We want to recognize and congratulate three outstanding young men — Firefighter/EMT Eli Brewer, Firefighter/EMT Ryley Brown, and Firefighter Brody Oakley — on graduating high school! 🎓

These guys have already proven themselves to be hardworking, dedicated, and dependable members of Central Fire Department. Whether it’s answering calls, training, helping around the station, or stepping up whenever needed, each of them has become a crucial part of our department and our fire family.

Balancing school, life, and the responsibilities that come with serving their community is no easy task, but Eli, Ryley, and Brody have done it with maturity and commitment beyond their years. Their work ethic and willingness to serve speaks volumes about the future of the fire service.

We are incredibly proud of all they have accomplished so far and excited to see what the future holds for each of them. Congratulations boys — your Central FD family is proud of you! 🚒🔥

A huge congratulations to Tyler Steele and Colton Joiner on graduating from the Alabama Fire College Firefighter I & II Program at the Muscle Shoals Regional Training Center.

This accomplishment represents countless hours of classroom instruction, hands-on training, dedication, and sacrifice. Completing Firefighter I & II is a major milestone, and we couldn’t be more proud of the commitment these two have shown to better themselves and the fire service.

Their hard work doesn’t just benefit them personally—it makes Central Fire Department stronger, better trained, and more prepared to serve our community. Them gaining this certification brings our total number of certified firefighters to 12. Training like this ensures our department continues to grow, improve, and provide the highest level of service to the citizens we protect.

Please join us in congratulating Tyler and Colton on this outstanding achievement. The future is bright for Central Fire Department, and accomplishments like this are exactly what keep us moving forward.

Congratulations, men —we’re proud of you both!
