!! Enlistment Alert !!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Abby Llewellyn for joining the yesterday!! She joined as a 92Y (Unit Supply Specialist) and will be serving her Community and Country part time while attending Jacksonville State University after she graduates!!

What did you do this weekend to better yourself? Today we had the amazing opportunity to get some great medical training from Priority Medical Training!

We learned how to self apply a tourniquet under stress (hands in ice water for 5 minutes), how to pack a wound with combat gauze, and then applying a tourniquet to your buddy and bringing them back to safety.

Did I mention that everyone here got PAID to learn all these skills to be successful at Basic Training.
