Bethel #20 Genesee Jobs Daughters International Job's Daughters International is a Masonic-sponsored youth organization for girls and young women aged 10 to 20.

Job’s Daughters is an organization of young women between the ages of 10 and 20 who are related to a Master Mason, and share a common bond. Throughout the year, they perform service projects to help the community, the less fortunate, and other charities. They actively support the Hearing Impaired Kids Endowment (HIKE) Fund, which purchases hearing assistance devices for hearing impaired children.

They teach individual leadership by holding various offices within Job’s Daughters. Various scholarships are offered on a state and a national level.
