We provide free emergency food, clothing, household & personal hygiene items, and annual programs. Thank you!!!

Donations accepted Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 3pm - Limit 4 bags/boxes daily please. We strive to uplift members of our community who are in need by providing free emergency food, clothing, household, personal items and youth programs.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice is the foundation of the freedoms we enjoy today, and we are forever grateful.

At Crossover Outreach, we are reminded daily that true service means giving of yourself for the good of others. Today, we reflect with deep gratitude on those who gave everything in service to our nation.

Our Annual Spring Luncheon Fundraiser was a success! We are truly blown away by the outpouring of support we received last Friday. Rooted in tradition, honoring our past while nurturing our future, this event continues to be a meaningful reflection of the community of support we’ve built together.
Our staff were grateful for the opportunity to share stories and express why this mission is so personal and important to each of us. It was a powerful reminder of the impact we can make when we come together with compassion and purpose.
We were also honored to recognize two incredible groups with this year’s awards:
The Spirit of Crossover Award was presented to the University of Michigan-Flint College of Health Sciences for their faithful volunteerism and collection of essential items for our clients. Their partnership continues to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
The Friend of Crossover Award was given to Judy Clippard, whose years of dedicated service have been vital to our mission. From organizing pantry volunteers to engaging the community and serving on our board, her commitment has helped strengthen and sustain our work in countless ways.
We’re also deeply grateful to our amazing host, First Presbyterian Church of Flint; to Creative Catering for the delicious lunch; to Brumley & Bloom for the beautiful centerpieces; and to SugarHigh Bakeryfor the sweet treats that everyone enjoyed. To our board members who went above and beyond to assist with setup and tear down, your hard work helped make this event truly shine.
To everyone who contributed their time, support, or presence, thank you. You are helping us strengthen lives, uplift our community, and create lasting impact together.

We’re just ONE week into sign-ups and the excitement is already building! This year, we’re heading back to Bay Shore Camp and it’s going to be a week full of fun, friendships, and unforgettable memories.

From games and outdoor adventures to new friendships and growing confidence, camp is more than just a getaway, it’s an experience that sticks with kids long after they come home.

Are you ready for camp?!

Camp will look a little different this year…Crossover is heading back to Bay Shore Camp! And while the location may be different, one thing hasn’t changed, it’s going to be an amazing week your kids won’t forget.

Summer camp is more than just fun, it’s life-shaping. At Bay Shore Camp, kids discover who they are, build confidence, and learn how to navigate friendships with kindness and empathy. In a supportive and encouraging environment, they grow in independence, develop emotional awareness, and learn new skills that will stay with them for years to come.

We’re so excited for all that this year’s camp will bring and we want your kids to be part of it!

This Volunteer Appreciation Week, Crossover Outreach wants to say THANK YOU to the incredible people who make our mission possible every single day.

To our weekly volunteers who serve in our food pantry, sort and organize clothing, assemble household items, and answer our phones, you are the heart of what we do. Your consistency, care, and compassion make a real difference for every person who walks through our doors.

And to those who step in during our special events like Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Back-to-School, you help us bring hope, joy, and support to our community during some of the most important times of the year.
