"Our Street Outreach Program is for homeless persons ages 10 and up. Our main goal is to provide individuals on the street with direct referrals to local resources, personal hygiene kits, non-perishable food items and clothing to those in need. Also, Street Outreach will assist homeless individuals by providing homeless verifications."
