**FLEMINGTON BOROUGH LOCAL STATE OF EMERGENCY HAS BEEN RESCINDED **

As of 12:00 PM, the Flemington Borough Local State of Emergency has been rescinded.

The Borough parking ban has been lifted and residents may return to on-street parking.

Residents are encouraged to begin clearing driveways and sidewalks so vehicles can be removed from public parking lots. This will allow municipal lots to be fully cleared.

Please do not deposit snow into the roadway. Placing snow in the street creates hazardous conditions and interferes with cleanup operations.

This will be the final emergency alert regarding this snow emergency.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience throughout the storm response.

Snow Clearing Notice to Flemington Borough Residents:

As the Department of Public Works completes snow removal operations throughout the Borough, residents are reminded that snow cleared from vehicles, sidewalks, and driveways must not be thrown, pushed, or deposited into the roadway. This includes the use of snow blowers.

Placing snow back into the street creates hazardous driving conditions, obstructs emergency vehicles, and undermines the work already completed by Public Works crews.

Residents are reminded that, in accordance with Borough ordinance, property owners are responsible for clearing sidewalks adjacent to their property, crosswalk entrances, and curb ramps located along their property frontage.

Prompt and proper snow removal within 12 hours of storm end helps ensure the safety of pedestrians, motorists, and emergency responders.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping Flemington Borough safe and accessible.
