We participated in the Flatwoods Christmas Parade last night and our Polar Express float won 2nd Place for their Christmas Movies theme. We had a great time celebrating together!

Tomorrow, Pack 165 will be joining Troop 165 to help Troop 154 with their annual food and toy drive in Bellefonte.

Bellefonte area residents: Tomorrow BSA Troop 154 will be holding their annual food and toy drive starting at approximately 9 am. The scouts will be visiting the houses in the neighborhoods. This event takes place annually on the 2nd Saturday of December to benefit several local families. This year marks the 69th year it has taken place!!! If you would like to participate but will not be available when the scouts come around (or live outside of Bellefonte Area), we would gladly accept donations tomorrow at the Community Presbyterian Church on Route 5 near Country Club Drive. Thank you for your generosity!

Tonight was our Night Hike at the KDMC Pavilion. The weather cooperated and I'm not sure who had more fun with the lightsabre fighting, the kids or I?!? I truly embodied the KISMIF (Keep It Simple, Make It Fun) philosophy! Looking forward to our next Star Wars Night Hike already!!!

Last Saturday was a busy day for our Pack. We started with our annual effort teaming up with Troop 165 as well as Pack and Troop 154 for the Scouting for Food collection throughout Bellefonte. Over 3,500 food items were collected and will be distributed to 26 needy area families to provide months worth of food.
We then had our Pack Christmas party. We had a wonderful lunch and after decorating our 'Christmas tree' them sang carols around it!
It was a great day to be a Cub Scout!!
