The Flandreau Police Department is a proactive and charismatic law enforcement agency tasked with providing policing services to the City of Flandreau. The Flandreau Police Department provides round-the-clock policing services to the constituents of the City of Flandreau. The department consists of seven certified law enforcement officers, one police canine, and one administrative assistant.

On Wednesday, October 8th, beginning around 8:00 AM, the City of Flandreau will have a scheduled water shut-off in the Water and Sewer Project area. Water service is expected to be restored around 4:00 PM that afternoon. The City of Flandreau appreciates your understanding as we navigate these disruptions. Officer Parra has completed their reciprocity program and graduated with an Associates Degree in Law Enforcement. Officer Parra will be familiar face to many in our community. Benefits include SDRS, health, vision and dental insurance. Officers work 12 hr. shifts with every other weekend off.
