Our Mission is to help children succeed by matching them with appropriate adult mentors. Researchers found that after 18 months of spending time with their Bigs, the Little Brothers and Little Sisters, compared to those children not in our program, were:

* 46% less likely to begin using illegal drugs
* 27% less likely to begin using alcohol
* 52% less likely to skip school
* 37% l

ess likely to skip a class
* 33% less likely to hit someone

They also found that the Littles were more confident of their performance in schoolwork and getting along better with their families.

Over the past year, I had the opportunity to serve as the Recruitment and Enrollment Specialist for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff! Previously, I completed my undergraduate field hours at BBBSF as a BSW intern! Now, I’m on to my next challenge. I loved working for this organization, making new friends, and getting to know the wonderful Flagstaff community 💚

All donated items will be hauled to Savers for resale or recycling, and proceeds go directly toward our youth mentorship programs! Look out for the green bins around town 👀
