JMCM Consulting Provide professional services to non-profit organizations, municipalities, volunteer fire departments, public safety departments, etc.

Services include project development, project administration, grant writing, funding searches, long term planning, etc. The Team began offering grant writing services in 2005 as the Fire Rescue Help Group. In the beginning grant writing and project administration services were offered to Volunteer Fire Departments with developing applications for the Assistance to Firefighter Grant Program. That f

irst year began with assisting 30 fire departments. Today, Cindy and the Team provides assistance to over 400 fire departments and municipalities in 30 states. As funding has decreased, municipalities and non-profit organizations have a greater need to find alternative funding. JMCM has a track record of success in providing these services.

FEMA is making $648M available to help firefighters and first responders nationwide get the equipment, staffing and support they need to protect lives and communities. The funding includes:

• $291.6M for equipment, vehicles, PPE and responder wellness
• $324M to help departments hire, recruit and retain firefighters
• $32.4M for fire prevention and firefighter safety research
