JFF-Leopold Office Whenever possible, we encourage collaboration across agencies to improve services and support available to families.

Neighborhood office allowing direct access to services in the community & engaging local partners to create decentralized, collaborative, and community-informed service platforms Individual/Family: Working directly with families to offer support or make connections to resources
Community: Collaborating with area partners to build capacity around issues important to people living in the communit

y. System/Organizational: Helping network area agencies, non-profits, faith-based organizations, and others to better connect families to available resources and opportunities. Individuo/Familia: Trabajar directamente con las familias para ofrecer apoyo o establecer conexiones con recursos. Comunidad: colaborar con socios del área para desarrollar capacidades en torno a temas importantes para las personas que viven en la comunidad. Sistema/Organizacional: Ayudar a las agencias del área de la red, organizaciones sin fines de lucro, organizaciones religiosas y otras a conectar mejor a las familias con los recursos y oportunidades disponibles. Siempre que sea posible, fomentamos la colaboración entre agencias para mejorar los servicios y el apoyo disponibles para las familias.
