Fundamental 29- Think Team First by Jennifer Gordon
Be there for each other, and provide rigorous support, including honest and direct feedback. Don't let your own ego or personal agenda get in the way of doing what's best for the client or the team. Be willing to step into another role or help a co-worker when that's what's required for success. Consider how your actions impact your teammates. Together, we make a bigger difference.

Our Collective Strength
Every day, we have an opportunity to do something bigger than ourselves. The true strength of our work comes not from individual efforts alone, but from how we show up for one another.
Let’s commit to thinking team first—to being present, supportive, and dependable for our colleagues. Real teamwork means offering honest, direct feedback with respect and care, knowing it helps all of us grow stronger together.
We must also be mindful of what can quietly hold us back. When we set aside ego and personal agendas, we create space to focus on what truly matters: delivering the best outcomes for our clients and our team.
There will be times when success calls us outside of our usual roles. In those moments, be willing to step in, lend a hand, and support a teammate. Flexibility and collaboration are what turn challenges into achievements.
Pause and consider the impact of your actions—not just on your own work, but on the people around you. Every choice we make contributes to the environment we build together.
Because when we support one another, trust one another, and work as one team, we don’t just meet expectations—we exceed them.
Together, we make a bigger difference.
