Now introducing… 🏝️☀️ Summer of Service Bingo! ☀️🏝️

Delaware Township and 12 local organizations are excited to invite community members of all ages to participate!

June 8 – July 24

Complete a bingo card by participating in service activities throughout the community. When you’re finished, submit your completed card using the Jotform QR code on the card.

Pick up a bingo card beginning June 8 at:
• Delaware Township Trustee’s Office
• Hamilton County Invasive Partnership
• Hamilton County Master Gardeners Giving Garden

Participants who complete the challenge will receive:
• A Certificate of Community Care
• A thank-you letter from participating organizations
• A free doughnut courtesy of Parlor Doughnuts

Come visit us at Good Samaritan Network's Resource Fair this Friday!!

REMINDER: The Hamilton County Resource & Health Fair is this Friday, June 5th!

The public is encouraged to join us for this exciting free event to empower and engage the community and foster a stronger, more informed Hamilton County.

The Resource & Health Fair will bring together about 1,200 attendees. You can explore 120 vendor booths (a record!) that will offer food, clothing, baby supplies, and social services. Many nonprofits, businesses, and local organizations will be present to share programs and services that support families in Hamilton County and improve their quality of life.

Bring the entire family for an afternoon filled with learning, fun, and connection. Whether you’re looking for guidance, support, or just a fun way to spend your Saturday, this event has something for everyone.

- Enjoy face painting, balloon sculptures, caricature drawings, and a mobile petting farm
- Meet local organizations ready to help and engage

Delaware Township Trustee’s Office will be closing early today and closed on Monday in honor of Memorial Day. For emergencies, please contact Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.
We will see you at regular business hours on Tuesday, May 26th.

A huge thank you to Meijer for donating $500 to our food pantry! With this donation, we are able to purchase items that our pantry is currently low on or completely out of stock. We are incredibly grateful for your care and support in helping feed the residents of community!

We are so grateful for everyone who joined us! We could not have asked for a better night. A special thank you to our staff, vendors, donors and volunteers who helped make this event possible, as well as everyone who worked incredibly hard to make our trailhead park possible!

Thank you to everyone who donated and volunteered to support Stamp Out Hunger! We’re so lucky to have an amazing community that shows up for one another with care!
All food donated was taken up to Harvest Food Bank to help stick all 5 Fishers pantries!

A few special shoutouts:
Thank you FHS Gridiron Club for all the muscles 💪 in moving thousands of pounds of food at the post office!

Thank you to Hamilton County Harvest Food Bank for weighing & distributing all the donated food to every pantry!

Thank you to US Postal Service Fishers branch for picking up all the food in Fishers neighborhoods and helping us feed the community!

Thank you First Internet Bank and Fishers High School for folding thousands of bags to be put in every mailbox in Fishers leading up to the food drive!

Lastly, thank you to Beth at our office for heading the Fishers Stamp Out Hunger drive! Your love and care for the community is admirable!
