For one year, we’ve shown up — week after week — to build community, hold our leaders accountable, defend our Constitution, and refuse to normalize cruelty toward immigrants.

Tomorrow, we need you there.

📍 Fishers Streetside Protest, 116th & Municipal Dr.
🕓 4–6 PM
🎥 SPECIAL ANNIVERSARY VIDEO AT 5:30 PM

• We’ve created signs honoring dozens of immigrants who have died in connection with ICE detention or enforcement.

• We need as many people as possible at 5:30 to hold these signs for our anniversary video.

• Our weekly protest videos have reached tens of thousands of people on social media.

• It will be HOT — so if you can’t stay for the entire protest, come just for the 5:30 video. Even a few minutes matters.

• No need to bring a sign. We’ll provide them.

• Better yet — bring a friend!

After the video, join us at Therese’s for pizza and frozen margaritas — with non-alcoholic drinks too.

We’ll provide the address at the protest.

88 people attended Friday's Weekend of Public Witness Vigil at Cumberland Park. Over the weekend, there'll be 63 vigils throughout Indiana focused on ending ICE detention at Miami Correctional Facility.

It's bad:

🚨 70% of ICE detainees have never been convicted of a crime

🚨 Severe staffing shortages

🚨 Preventable detainee deaths

🚨🚨🚨 Monetization of Human Suffering:

Indiana Dept. of Corrections Commissioner Lloyd Arnold acknowledged their ICE partnership stating, "We would not be doing it if there were not a built-in profit."

This is a statewide event. The weekend of August 28th, 29th, & 30th, Hoosiers across Indiana are rising in a powerful, unified public witness with a goal of holding 50+ prayer vigils to end the crisis of ICE detention at Miami Correctional Facility.

We will have guest speakers, singing, candles and placards in memory of those who’ve died in ICE detention.

A continuation of our vigil at the Hoosier Hospitality March, we gather to remind people every human life has dignity.
