Dear Parents, Guardians and Students,
As 8th grade promotion approaches on June 3rd, 2026 at the FHS Stadium at 7:00 p.m., we want to help ensure a safe, respectful, and memorable ceremony for all students promoting and guests. Please review the following expectations regarding items allowed during the promotion ceremony.
The following items will NOT be allowed during the ceremony:
Air horns, whistles, or noisemakers
Balloons, Big Heads, large signs, or banners that block views
Confetti, glitter, streamers, or poppers
Alcohol, to***co, vapes, or illegal substances
NO outside containers (yeti, stanley, etc) only plastic water bottles will be allowed.
Gates open at 6:00 p.m.
Students expectations:
Arrive on time: Be at the FHS gym at 5:30 p.m.
Follow all directions during the ceremony, and maintain respectful behavior throughout the event
Please note that participation in the promotion ceremony is a privilege.
Students and or guests who violate school rules or disrupt the ceremony may be removed from the event. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us celebrate our promotion with dignity and pride.
