Today, the City of Firebaugh Fire Department joins our nation in remembering the lives lost on September 11, 2001.
We honor the 343 FDNY firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice, along with the law enforcement officers, EMS personnel, military members, first responders, and civilians whose lives were forever changed that day.
Twenty-five years later, their courage, service, and sacrifice remain an enduring reminder of what it means to answer the call.

We would like to congratulate these three seniors who will be graduating from Firebaugh High School on June 4th. The dedication and performance of all three members were exceptional. They actively participated in low-level incidents and attended training every Saturday, all while maintaining a grade point average of at least 3.0 or above. In both training and real-world scenarios, they demonstrated professionalism and an attitude of initiative. Their development within our program has been both commendable and impressive. We would like to present to you the three seniors, Benjamin R. Gallegos, Karla Orellana and Danny B. Flores. Congratulations on your guys success.

Our fire department with assistance from CAL FIRE/Fresno County Fire worked this weekend with a vegetation fire along the San Joaquin River. We also assisted Madera County Fire in the Columbia Fire.

Our Annual Dinner Dance is this Saturday. With a late entry to our Live Auction, we will have a 1980 San Francisco 49ers Bomber Vintage Gold Jacket.
