For anyone that is interested we sold the Wrap Shack. It was a great five years and I'm going to miss it but it was just too much physical stuff for me to continue with.

We are selling the Wrap Shack. We have had a wonderful and profitable 5 years but are ready to move on. This a copy of the ad I'm publishing on the internet.
Food trailer is equipped with double (2 baskets in each) deep fryer, small refrigerator and 1yr. old freezer. We have a cheese machine for ribbon fries or nachos, an electronic, programmable cash register, 3 sinks and hand washing sink, and a 2yr. old prep center with bottom refrigerator. There is a drill custom made for cutting ribbon fries, a microwave and plenty of cupboard space.
The stock truck has a 6yr. old engine and runs good. It’s equipped with a refrigerator and space and electric for a freezer. There are shelves for plenty of storage. Water hoses, drain hose, all electrical cords are included as well as 4 large propane tanks.
We have an established local route in NW Ohio if interested. $14,000 or best offer.

The Coon Dog Trials were a huge success! I thought I could work Friday during the day by myself since I thought most people would be working. I couldn't have been more wrong. I was swamped...but people were patient and I only saw one customer walk away before he could get to the window. I want to thank Bethany Grog and Dion's brother for helping me on Saturday during the day. Dion and his friend, Rick, took care of the night shift...and any drunks that might have shown up...lol. And as for our ribbon fries? Whoo, we started with 3 boxes of 90 count and ended with 1, yes 1, potato. I love that our customers love our ribbon fries!
Next stop...the Pioneer Days in Kalida. Next Friday night, Saturday and Sunday we'll be at the oldest festival in Ohio. Super parade, car show, rides, crafts and lots of food. It's an awesome event.

Mark your calendars. In 2 weeks, August 29th, 30th and 31st, we'll be at the "coon dog trials", technically called "Max's Flea Market and Water Dog Races" at the Allen County Fairgrounds. Only 2 food vendors (set up at opposite ends of the fairgrounds) will be open into the late night hours for those of you who have wee morning hunger and the Wrap Shack will be one of them.
