๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿ’ง Liquid Loss in Home Canning? Here's What You Need to Know! ๐Ÿซ™
Ever open your canner and find jars with less liquid than expected? ๐Ÿ˜ฉ You're not aloneโ€”and itโ€™s not always a deal-breaker! Here are a few common causes:
๐Ÿ”ธ Heat fluctuations during processing
๐Ÿ”ธ Overfilling jars
๐Ÿ”ธ Not removing air bubbles
๐Ÿ”ธ A poor seal

๐Ÿ‘‰ Good news: Food above the liquid line may darken, but itโ€™s still safe to eat!
โ— BUTโ€”if more than half the liquid is gone, pop that jar in the fridge and use it within a few days.
