Here are my thoughts about the housing development needs of our city. I've heard a lot of concerns from citizens about how we will maintain the character of our town. The most important thing is to build in a way that is respectful of our neighbors, thoughtful use of space and mindful of our infrastructure.

As mentioned in my comments from the candidates forum last week, reunifying our city is essential. Last night, the City Council voted to dismiss the ethics complaint filed by two citizens. I am now urging forgiveness and civility from our City Council and the community. We all want what is best for Ferrysburg, as we are friends and neighbors.
