Clara's Hope Clara's Hope aspires to help families have success in foster care and adoption. Clara’s Hope exists to help families have success in foster care and adoption.

Supports offered are geared toward moving families from simply surviving to thriving. Clara's Hope is a non-profit organization serving Genesee and Livingston counties. We work to fill in the gap between agencies and families by providing accessibility to supports and resources. We utilize volunteers to provide meals, housecleaning, small home repairs, and childcare for foster families. Our full time social worker helps parents navigate court, explain paperwork and provide individual support to families through the ups & downs of foster care and adoption. One of our main focuses is providing trauma training to individuals, churches, and schools and working to connect the community to the needs of foster and adoptive families so they aren't walking through this alone.
