Take precautions to keep kids safe:
• Don't let young children to use sparklers 🚫
• Supervise older kids when they're using sparklers 👀
• Keep a bucket of water nearby to soak spent sparklers 🪣

NORTH HOPEWELL TWP. - ROAD CLOSURE

On June 11th 2026, between 06:00am - 08:00 pm, Woodland Drive between Church Road and Grim Road is getting paved. That’s right new asphalt for a majority of the roadway.

As such, Woodland Drive will be closed to all traffic with the exception of local residents who reside on Woodland Drive.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the residents on Woodland Drive with their travels.

Please be patient and please plan your travel route accordingly.

Our department would like to thank the Stewartstown Lions Club for their generous monetary donation towards our National Night Out scheduled for Tuesday, August 4th, 2026. NORTH HOPEWELL TWP. - Found dog.

This cute male pup was found wandering the farm fields near Camp Road and Franklin Street Ext. The dog does not have a collar or microchip and the Animal Control Officer was notified.
