Dorian:

The City of Fellsmere is monitoring Dorian closely and will provide information about city services and other public safety matters as necessary through city social media accounts. Fellsmere area residents are encouraged to closely monitor Dorian through trusted news and weather sources and make what preparations they feel are necessary.

FPD may from time to time provide power outage and restoration information but it is up to residents to stay in touch with FPL.

FPD personnel will monitor social media as much as possible before, during, and after any weather event to communicate information and respond to questions. Residents should not rely on our social media pages as their primary means of communication with the police department or the City of Fellsmere however.
