The FDIC provided an exceptional experience for the cadets, made possible by your generous contribution to our recent fundraising event. The cadets gained valuable insight into the latest firefighting equipment, technology, and training methodologies. Furthermore, they witnessed firsthand the camaraderie within the fire service community, observing the supportive interactions among competitors during the Firefighter Challenge. Your support was instrumental in facilitating this enriching trip.

The Cadet Program extends its congratulations to alumna Raven Schnarrenberg on her recent graduation with a nursing degree and licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). We are immensely proud of her achievement. Ms. Schnarrenberg's success exemplifies how our program fosters diverse career paths, including, but not limited to, fire and EMS, military service, law enforcement, and now, nursing, as evidenced by her participation eight years ago. We eagerly anticipate her future accomplishments.

This Saturday, December 7th, marks our raffle. Your attendance will support a worthy cause and offer the chance to win fantastic prizes.

We will be hosting a Christmas Raffle on December 7th at Felicity Franklin Elementary, starting at 9 a.m. The funds raised from this event will be used to take our cadets to the Fire Department Instructors Conference (FDIC).

FDIC offers practical training and classroom sessions that will enrich their education in the fire and emergency medical services (EMS) fields, helping them determine if this is a suitable career path for them.

We hope to see you all there to show your support. Some of the exciting items we will be raffling off include escape room tickets, Cincinnati Zoo tickets, and 2025 Cincinnati Reds tickets, and more.
