United Front My mission is to educate those within society willing to learn about systemic racism and its impact Business Management & Human Services.

My mission is to educate those within society willing to learn about systemic racism and its impact today on African American youth, the younger minority generations and the communities they are raised within. I speak about being a survivor of domestic violence, how I hunted down the key witnesses within my baby brothers murder case to bring such case to justice, I speak about how I overcame being

homeless to being a new homeowner and still managed to graduate with my B.A. I talk about the importance of getting involved within our communities, such as volunteering and attending city council meetings. I speak about how individuals can take positive action and respond within their communities that are being over policed. “Racism has caused people of color collectively to have unique experiences with the State that whites collectively have not had. In short, a racism-centered perspective is needed to highlight the adverse experiences people of color have had with policies throughout America’s history. (Neubeck & Cazenave, 2001; Quadagno, 1994; Walters, 2003). I engage in workshop models that requires hands on demonstrations and activities: such as, Co-design” refers to a participatory approach to designing solutions, in which community members are treated as equal collaborators in the design process. Co-design is a well-established approach to creative practice, particularly within the public sector. It has its roots in the participatory Theory of Collective Behavior by Neil J. Smelser (1962-10-01) What is co-design? John Chisholm

design techniques developed in Scandinavia in the 1970s. Co-design is often used as an umbrella term for participatory, co-creation and open design processes.

” Vision is the art of seeing what is invisible to others- Jonathan Swift “
I believe that the African American youth and younger generation are the future and they hold the keys to helping society to better understand how we can meet each-others needs in order to meet societies needs as a collective. I teach techniques on how to evaluate policies that creates barriers within communities making it impossible for African Americans to obtain equal justice and access to equitable services. I discuss equity vs equality and how to measure services being provided. I focus on teaching Context Minimization Error = as the tendency to ignore the impact of enduring neighborhood and community contexts on human behavior. The error has adverse consequences for understanding psychological processes.
