One-Day Citywide Movement Empowering Men Through Leadership And Legacy
Fayetteville, NC — Strong fathers help build strong families, and strong families help build strong communities. As we prepare to celebrate the vital role fathers play in shaping healthy homes and communities this Father’s Day, men from across the region are invited to join a powerful citywide movement designed to equip them with valuable insights and proven tools to strengthen their leadership, build lasting family legacies, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those they influence, serve, and love.
Greater Life of Fayetteville's PIN (People In Need) Program, in partnership with Carolina Collaborative Community Care (4C) and Men of Purpose, proudly presents Tight'N It Up: Honoring Fathers, Honoring Our Families, a transformative five-session fatherhood leadership experience created to inspire and equip men to become more intentional leaders in their homes and communities. By combining character development, practical frameworks for family success, and faith-based leadership principles, the program will provide men with the tools, insights, and support needed to lead with greater clarity, strength, consistency, and purpose.
The program features five concurrent workshop sessions hosted at convenient locations throughout the city on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Participants may choose from one of five specialized workshop sessions based on their interests and personal leadership goals.
