Congratulations to David Wisneski to 41 years of service.David has represented the Fayetteville fire department with being the assistant chief for the past 10 years and captain fort 8 years prior! David has now passed down his knowledge and is retiring!

Also congratulations to Shawn Morrison and Kyler Childress for becoming full time fire department members!

Want to give huge thank you to all fire departments, agencies, and individuals who assisted with the Deli Star fire. Its amazing the cooperation, skill, and determination that all comes together when challenged with such a massive task. This was by far the biggest fire in the departments history and again can't thank everyone enough for all the hard work and hours involved. Great job!!!
