Hibah Tariq has officially completed the Launch program and will be graduating this May. Throughout her time in Launch, Hibah has shown a strong personality and excellent communication skills, consistently making her presence known in positive and meaningful ways.

As Hibah steps into her next chapter, she continues to grow into a more independent individual, ready to explore new opportunities. Whether through employment or volunteering, I say with confidence that Hibah will keep building on the skills she has developed and continue moving forward in her journey.

It has been a joy watching her grow in confidence, independence, and self-advocacy. Hibah has readiness and determination, and there is no doubt she will continue to build on everything she has learned.

We are excited to see what comes next for Hibah as she continues her journey toward greater independence and new adventures ahead.

Wilson Doshier is truly one of a kind and possesses many remarkable talents. He has a strong passion for sports and has proudly participated in Special Olympics each year, consistently demonstrating determination, positivity, and outstanding team spirit in every event he joins.

Wilson also has an incredible singing voice and has generously shared his musical talent through the Life Styles talent show over the years. His performances, enthusiasm, and stage presence have brought joy to many and will certainly be missed.

One of Wilson’s greatest strengths is his outgoing personality and free spirit. He forms meaningful friendships wherever he goes, and those who meet him are immediately drawn to his kindness, joyful attitude, and contagious smile. His passion for both sports and music shines brightly and serves as an inspiration to those around him each day.

We are incredibly proud of all that Wilson has accomplished and look forward to seeing what the future holds for him in his next adventures. Congratulations, Wilson!

Connor Peterson has been an outstanding student throughout all four years at Launch, consistently maintaining straight A’s while demonstrating exceptional dedication, intelligence, and a strong work ethic. He is highly knowledgeable, and we have truly valued the many conversations in which he shared his passion for learning and expanded our understanding of medical terminology.

In addition to his academic excellence, Connor is always willing to support both his teachers and classmates. He is kind, dependable, and consistently ready to lend a helping hand whenever needed.

Connor has also shown tremendous personal growth during his time at Launch, particularly in overcoming challenges related to large social settings and building confidence while navigating life on the University of Arkansas campus. Watching his confidence and independence grow over the years has been truly inspiring.

And, of course, we will certainly miss hearing Christmas music beginning in October each year — a memorable Connor tradition that always brought a smile to those around him.

We are incredibly proud of all Connor has accomplished and look forward to seeing all that he will achieve in the future. Congratulations, Connor!

We proudly celebrate Abby Eaton and all she has accomplished during her time at Launch. Abby has always brought a vibrant personality and positive energy that lights up every room she enters. Over the past four years, we have had the privilege of watching her grow into a more confident, independent, and capable young woman, and we could not be more proud of her journey.

Academically, Abby has consistently worked hard to maintain strong grades, demonstrating dedication, perseverance, and a commitment to her success. One of Abby’s greatest passions has been cooking, and she has developed impressive culinary and knife skills through her cooking classes. She consistently brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to learn to every experience in the kitchen. Watching her confidence grow through something she genuinely enjoys has been truly rewarding.

We are excited to see where Abby’s next chapter takes her. Whether pursuing employment opportunities or continuing to build her independence, we know she has a bright and promising future ahead.

South Walker has been an exceptional student to watch grow over the years. The personal and social growth he has demonstrated has been truly remarkable, and we are incredibly proud of the young man he has become. South possesses a unique talent for creating impressive art sculptures, consistently bringing creativity, passion, and thoughtful detail to each piece he creates.

What makes South especially remarkable is his generosity and kindness! He enjoys sharing his artwork with others and thoughtfully uses his creativity to encourage and inspire those around him.

This semester, South has done an outstanding job during his internship at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, and we are excited to see where his artistic journey leads next.

Andrew Thorn has been such a joy to the Launch program, and while we’re excited to see him begin his next adventure, it’s hard to imagine Launch without him. His spirit, enthusiasm, and genuine love for being part of the program will truly be missed by everyone around him.

Andrew has built meaningful relationships with his peers and deeply cares about the people in his life. One thing everyone knows about Andrew is his love for his timeline — it became such a big part of who he is that “Timeline Guy” quickly became one of his nicknames.

His quirky personality, funny mannerisms, and unique sense of humor always brought smiles and laughter to those around him. Andrew has a special way of making every day brighter just by being himself.

We are so proud of Andrew and all he has accomplished during his time at Launch. Congratulations, Andrew! We can’t wait to see where your next adventure takes you — even if it means adjusting the timeline just a little.
