Looking for a way to earn extra money this holiday season while helping make a difference in your community? The Salvation Army of the Sandhills is now hiring Bell Ringers for our upcoming Red Kettle season!

💰 Earn $11/hour
📅 November 1 – December 24
⏰ Flexible scheduling Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–7 PM
📍 Positions available throughout Cumberland, Hoke, Moore, Robeson, and Scotland Counties

Our Bell Ringers are a familiar sight during the Christmas season, but every ring of the bell has a purpose. Donations made at our Red Kettles help The Salvation Army provide vital programs and services to individuals and families throughout our communities.

We’re looking for individuals, families, churches, businesses, organizations, and community groups to join our Army of Red Kettle Volunteers this holiday season. 🎄🔔

Every hour spent ringing the bell helps raise funds that allow The Salvation Army to provide critical services to individuals and families in need throughout our community.

🎅 Make volunteering even more fun!
• “Adopt-A-Day” with your family and friends
• Challenge your co-workers, church group, organization, or friends to a Red Kettle Ring-Off and see who can raise the most!
• Choose a location and time that works best for you

🎄✨ ANGEL TREE REGISTRATION BEGINS TODAY! ✨🎄

The Salvation Army of the Sandhills is excited to announce that Angel Tree registration is now OPEN! ❤️🎁

We know Christmas can be a difficult time for many families, and our Angel Tree Program helps bring hope and joy to children throughout our community during the holiday season.

📅 Registration Dates:
September 1 – October 31, 2026

👧👦 Who is Eligible?
The Angel Tree Program serves children ages 17 and under in:

✅ Cumberland County
✅ Hoke County
✅ Moore County
✅ Robeson County
✅ Scotland County

📋 Before starting your application, please make sure you have the following documents ready to upload:

1️⃣ Proof of ID for all adults in the household

2️⃣ Birth Certificate, Medicaid Card, or Immunization Record for each child
The parent(s) name must be listed on the document.

3️⃣ Proof of Income
Examples include pay stubs, child support, SSI, etc.

4️⃣ Proof of Household Living Expenses
Examples include rent, mortgage, utilities, etc.

🎁 You will also need:
👕 Each child’s clothing, coat, and shoe sizes
🎄 3–4 wants and wishes for each child

📱 Helpful Tip: We highly recommend taking clear pictures of all required documents with your phone before beginning your application so they can be easily uploaded.

⚠️ Important Reminders:
• Due to the high volume of applications, incomplete applications may not receive follow-up communication.
• You will be notified when your application has been approved.
• Registration and approval do not guarantee that every item on your child’s wish list will be provided.
