Our first PTA meeting of the school year is happening tomorrow, September 16th @ 4:00 PM in the media center/library!

We will be discussing 26/27 committee opportunities, upcoming fundraisers, chances to volunteer, and important dates you'll need to know about to stay on top of what's happening here at Honeycutt! We can't wait to share what we have planned and are so excited to hear from our parents and staff about any ideas y'all may have to help us grow (not only as a school or PTA, but as a community!)

Hey Panther Families! Mickey and Minnie Mouse visited the “Happiest School on Earth” this morning to greet students during arrival! They were so excited to see your students present and on time.

School is back in session and the PTA will be having our first meeting Wednesday, September 16th @ 4:00 in the EMHES library/media center!

We encourage EVERYONE to come join us while we discuss an overview of this year's schedule, our upcoming World's Finest Chocolate fundraiser, committee openings, and volunteer opportunities!

🐾💜💛🖤A NOTE FROM MRS. O'BRIEN REGARDING OPEN HOUSE TOMORROW!!!🖤💛💜🐾

We are so excited to welcome you to Open House tomorrow afternoon from 3:00–6:00 p.m.! We can’t wait to see our little Panthers and kick off another wonderful school year together!

Class rosters will be posted throughout each hallway and will include student names, teacher names, and room numbers. If you have any questions or need assistance finding your child’s classroom, please don’t hesitate to ask any staff member—we are happy to help!

Please be sure to stop by the Multi-Purpose Room to pick up important information about buses, car riders, and walkers.

Don't forget to visit the PTA Table! You can purchase a Honeycutt school shirt, join the PTA, and learn more about volunteer opportunities and ways to get involved throughout the school year. We would love to have you join our Honeycutt PTA family!

🚌🚌🚌In Need of Transportation?🚌🚌🚌

Any student requiring bus transportation during the 2026–2027 school year should complete the survey below by Wednesday, August 19, 2026.

Completing the survey will allow the Transportation Department to assign your student to the appropriate bus route and ensure they have a route on the first day of school. If you have any questions, please get in touch with the school!

Planning to ride the bus in 2026-2027? All CCS bus transportation requests must go through the school via Infinite Campus for the upcoming school year. Any request submitted after August 19th may take up to 72 hours. Please answer each question as they apply to your families circumstances for the 26...

Don't forget to come meet us tomorrow at Roundabout Skating Center 71st Location (located at 115 Skateway Dr, Fayetteville, NC 28304) for Skate Night from 5:30-7:30. OUR THEME THIS YEAR IS THE MOST MAGICAL SCHOOL ON EARTH - feel free to rock your Disney Mickey/Minnie ears! PTA will be set up with this year's tshirts available for purchase as well as the opportunity to sign up for PTA memberships. All 1st-5th grade in attendance will be able to see who their teacher is!

SKATE NIGHT AUGUST 13TH 5:30-7:30 AT ROUND ABOUT SKATE!!! All 1st-5th grade students that attend will learn their teacher for the 26-27 school year BEFORE open house. Come meet some new friends, reconnect with some old friends, enjoy some treats and HAVE FUN!
