Farmland Fire responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of State Rd 32 and CR 900 W, with one vehicle reported fully engulfed upon arrival. Both drivers were transported to the hospital for observation.

Today, members participated in a joint training exercise at the Wi******er Training Center within State Fire District 6, benefiting from valuable topics and contributing to training others. Great job to all those that participated and instructed. These type of trainings takes a lot of planning and logistics.

We would like to express heartfelt gratitude to Huesman Amusement Company for once again delivering a high-quality midway to our patrons. The vendors, entertainment, and your active participation have all contributed to making this event a success. Despite Mother Nature's challenges this year, the smiles on the faces of many young attendees validated the considerable time and effort invested in the street fair.
The countdown will begin soon for next years street fair.

The final day of the Farmland Fire Departments street fair is now upon us. The day will kick off with a noon parade, followed by the opening of the midway with armband specials. Enjoy a fun-filled day in Farmland with entertainment scheduled to start around 1 pm and 6 pm, and the main evening act, Jamstar, taking the stage at 6 pm.

It appears Mother Nature has claimed victory for tonight. We will reconvene tomorrow at noon for a parade, with two bands scheduled to perform: Weather at 1pm and Jamstar at 6pm.

The Farmland Vol Fire Dept street fair enters its second night tonight, with favorable weather expected for an evening of family fun. The midway will open its gates at 5 pm, offering a $25 wristband for unlimited rides. A range of appetizing food options will be on offer on the midway. Come and enjoy the evening in Downtown Farmland. See you there!!
