The winter chill is STILL here, and the Uplift Overnight Winter Shelter is working hard to provide a safe, warm space for those in need. To keep things running smoothly, we are looking for a few essential items and some friendly faces to help with meals.

📦 Current Supply Needs
We are running low on the basics that keep our facility clean and functional. If you’re at the store this week, consider picking up:

Paper Goods: Plates, bowls, and silverware.

Cleaning/Utility: Disinfectant spray, trash bags, and paper towels.

Essentials: Toilet paper.

Breakfast: Shelf-stable breakfast items (granola bars, cereal, oatmeal packets, etc.).

🍽️ February Dinner Meals
We still have several open slots for dinner throughout February! Providing a hot meal is one of the most impactful ways you can support our guests. Whether you cook at home or order delivery from a local favorite, your generosity makes a world of difference.

Sign up for a meal here: 👉 https://mealtrain.com/vkngk8

We just want to say THANK YOU, we don't have any better words right now, but please know how much we mean it! The need is great but because of all of YOU there are 60+ people who will be fed, safe, and warm this weekend.

Not only are you all preparing for yourselves but you have made sure we are prepared as well. The shelves are stocked and our hearts are full! We are so thankful and grateful for your donations of food, paper goods, toiletries, etc.

We will never turn away donations and this looks like a lot, but with 60ish people and the potential for more we will go through it fast.

We received a $1,000 donation today as well. We are $40,000 short of our fundraising goal for this winter and if you are inclined to donate please reach out to us and we'd love to talk you about it.

Our clients are so so thankful and we wish you could see their smiles and the hope you give them. When people like YOU show up to donate they feel seen and cared for.

Stay safe and warm this weekend and while we have quite a few people we DO still have beds for anyone in need.
