FPL Summer Reading Program

I have the final tally. If I had included the late check-ins the results would have been different. There was only a 20 point difference between the teams. You are all winners. Out of the 135 who signed up, 112 reported reading 5926 points. The Bookies had 2973 and the Worditos had 2953 points. Thanks to all who read, and listened and visited the library. Keep on reading!

The Seventh Tally has the Bookies back in the lead with 2822 points. The Worditos now trail by 111 with 2711 points. This is the last week. It could go either way. 112 out of 135 children have reported their points. 5533 points have been read all together. We will definitely break last year's record of 5793. Call in or email your points in by Friday. I will do the final count on Saturday morning.

The Sixth Tally resulted in the lead being held by the Worditos with 2398 points and the Bookies trailing with 2154. But that could shift if more people report their points. Together 4552 points have been made with only 2 more weeks to go. I wonder if we will make it to 6000 points.

The Worditos hold the lead in the Fifth Tally with 1894 points. The Bookies trail behind with 1734. 104 kids reported their reading making the overall total 3628, a jump of 616 points. Three more weeks to go, keep reading.

The fourth tally put the Worditos ahead with 1540 and the Bookies at 1472. 130 have signed up and 98 have reported reading. I wonder which team will be leading this next week. I will be doing the next count Friday July 18th.

The third tally resulted in the Bookies leading with 915 points and the Worditos with 852 points. 121 have signed up and 80 have reported reading. So much depends on who reports reading, so get your numbers to me.

I have the results of the Second Weekly Tally. This time the Worditos took the lead with 586 points. The Bookies trailed with 510 points. The teams are evenly matched with 53 Bookies signed up and 34 reporting reading. There are 55 Worditos signed up with 32 reporting reading. Together 1096 points were made by 66. I do the counts on Friday afternoons. if you check in too late your points go to the next week's tally.

First Talley
We are off to a good start with 81 signed up and 30 reporting reading for a total of 355 points. The Bookies are in the lead with 181 points. The Worditos are very close behind with 174 points. I do the 2nd talley tomorrow. I can hardly wait to see which way it goes. Call or email me your new totals, every thing you read so far.
