Once Upon a Crime will be meeting at the Farmington Public Library, Wednesday, October 14th at 6pm. The case in question: Long before it became a horror classic, Wes Craven’s Scream was born from a real-life nightmare. The film was based off the serial killer Danny Rolling—the "Gainesville Ripper"—a Florida man who murdered five college students during a brutal three-day crime spree.

Ask, Be Present, Connect - ABC Su***de Prevention Partner Class is a free,
60-minute class that addresses how to prevent su***de. During the class you
will learn about the common causes of suicidal behavior, the warning signs of
su***de, and how to get help for a person in crisis.

The ABC Partner class is evidence-based and was designed following best
practice protocol. After completing the class, you will earn a one-year
certificate as an ABC Su***de Prevention Partner.
