FCL's annual Battle of the Books begins this Monday, February 2nd! 🥳🎉📚

Are you excited? Because WE'RE excited! 🩷🩵💛

Battle of the Books is a fun team reading challenge for middle schoolers that turns great books into a friendly trivia competition! Students in grades 6–8 form teams, read a selected list of books, and then battle it out by answering questions all about what they’ve read. It’s a great way to dive into books, show what you know, and enjoy some team excitement with friends!

Many thanks to Girl Scout Troop 77976 for spending their Sunday afternoon with us, earning a new badge and having a ton of fun! They learned how to create beautiful painted page edges, and even got some insider knowledge on how to repair damaged books! 😀📚

It FINALLY is starting to feel like Autumn, and we are HERE FOR IT! 🍁🍂🍄🎃👻

Last night some of our teens came out to help us get into the spirit of the season by decorating pumpkins! We had a blast!
