The Union Parish Chamber of Commerce is proud to host its annual "Fireworks Over D'Arbonne" extravaganza on July 4th, starting at ~9:00 pm. The fireworks will be fired from the end of Ramp Road, across from D'Arbonne Motel.

The Town of Farmerville & Union Parish Chamber are proud to announce that they will be hosting a Ribbon Cutting at the new playground area located at 713 W. Bayou St on Tuesday, June 9th at 11:00 am. "Kona Ice" will be on the grounds and will have snow cones for everyone!!!

Mayor John Crow and Town Alderman Rickey Johnikin have planned this facility, organized this event and look forward to seeing everyone at the new playground area. Alderman Rickey Johnikin's is responsible for the town's Public Services and has been promoting the construction and use of this new playground area.

Please mark your calendars and make plans to attend their Ribbon Cutting on June 9th at 11:00 am. And show your support for the new playground area.

Congratulations Gay Nell. Well deserved.

Union Parish Chamber of Commerce President John McKinnie presented the President’s Award to Gay Nell Pepper at last night’s Chamber Awards Banquet.

Gay Nell has faithfully served the Town of Farmerville for 43 years and has remained dedicated to the growth and success of our community. Her hard work, commitment, and love for Farmerville continue to make a lasting impact, and we are proud to see her recognized for all she has done for our town.

Edgewood Plantation is proud to host the "PRIESTHOOD M/M FAMILY DAY" at their location, 8876 Bernice Hwy 2, Farmerville on June 13 2026, from 10:00 - 5:00 pm. This is a free family day event.

There will be a favorite event, "Poker Run" which begins and ends at Edgewood Plantation. Registration begins at 9:00 am, KSU at 10:00 am. Best hand wins $100; worst hand wins $50. $20 per bike, $5 additional rider.

What to expect: Food for purchase, music & fellowship, family games, vendors, silent auction, growing together in Christ, time to connect & encourage one another.
