☀️🚒 Thank You for Joining Us at Our First Summer Fun Day! 🚒☀️

A huge thank you to all the families who came out and made our very first Summer Fun Day such a success! We had an amazing time meeting everyone, playing games, exploring the fire trucks, and making memories with all the kiddos.

We wish we had taken more pictures, but we were having so much fun that we didn’t stop long enough to capture them all! 📸❤️

A special thank you to Kona Ice of North Collin County for setting up and providing those much-needed icy treats to help everyone cool off in the Texas heat! 🍧☀️

🔥🍔 July is National Grilling Month! 🍔🔥

Nothing says summer like firing up the grill with family and friends! While you're enjoying burgers, hot dogs, and backyard cookouts, remember that grilling safety is just as important as great food.

Follow these simple tips to help keep your cookout safe:
🌭 Grill outdoors only—never inside a home, garage, or covered porch.
🔥 Keep your grill at least 10 feet away from your home, deck, fences, and overhanging branches.
👨‍🍳 Never leave a hot grill unattended, and keep children and pets a safe distance away.
🧼 Clean grease and food buildup regularly to help prevent dangerous flare-ups.
🧯 Keep a fire extinguisher or garden hose nearby in case of an emergency.

A little preparation goes a long way in preventing fires and ensuring everyone has a safe, enjoyable summer.

Stay weather alert the next couple of days!

Rain and storm chances will increase late this weekend and continue into early next week. The main concern will be isolated flooding where storms move slowly or repeatedly affect the same areas, especially Sunday into Sunday night. A few stronger storms may also produce gusty winds, frequent lightning, and small hail. If you have outdoor plans, stay weather aware and be ready to adjust if storms develop nearby.
