4th Annual Tri-MSAB
Who: Any student with a blind/visual impairment that is interested in participating. If the student is not enrolled at MSAB, they will need to be accompanied by staff from the district they attend.
What: MSAB is hosting a mini adapted triathlon for school aged children who are blind/visually impaired. This will be a morning of swimming, biking, and running/walking/being pushed in a wheelchair. We have tandem bikes and two seater three wheeled bikes. We also have helmets, which are required to be worn when on a bike. Students need to provide their own swimsuit; towels will be provided.
There will be a non-timed Swim/Bike/Run/Fun where the students can pick their distance in each event or participate in one, two, or all three events.
OR
A timed Ironman that consists of a 120 yard swim (6 laps), 600 meter run (5 laps), and a 1 mile bike ride (3 laps).
When: Tuesday, September 22nd from 9:00 am -12:00 pm. Bring your own lunch and dine with the MSAB students afterwards.

Students will check-in at 9:00 am and the fun will begin at 9:30 am, starting with the National Anthem.
